BSTYLE Fitness programs, we provide face to face personal training as well as online training booklets and programs.
we have a private personal training studio in McDowall QLD, offering one on one personal training session and small private group sessions, babies and children as always welcome at our sessions (we understand the juggle of being a mums)
OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHIES
Pregnancy training- "I believe that learning core activation and breathing is essential for the pregnant woman, pregnancy specific training can assist your birth (research shows that being physically active during pregnancy and reduce your labour time- who wouldn't love that) and aid in a quicker recovery post partum."
Every BSTYLE fitness pregnancy PT session tailored to the individual and their goals, we incorporate exercises to aid in movement patterns as the body changes to accommodate pregnancy, along with conditioning the mother for completing daily tasks, during pregnancy and into motherhood. building a connection and awareness to the core and education around birth and the postnatal body.
Postnatal training- We teach core breathing and activation as the foundation of all exercise, how to rebuild your core from the inside out. we understand hip, core and pelvic floor dysfunction (weak and dysfunctional pelvic floor, prolapse, hip and pelvic pain, rectus diastasis, hernias, lower back pain) and how to program for recovery and prevention of further damage. teaching our mums how to safely and functional move in daily movements is an essential part of our program, empowering mums to rebuild there core and regain their confidence in their own bodies.
Mums with older children, menopause and older adults training- building a strong core and functional movement patterns are essentials for all woman (and men), the core is the building block for all exercises and connected to all muscles in our body. we have a solid understanding of movement patterns and how to correct them, we have helped many clients with chronic pain and dysfunction regain movement and confidence in their body. understanding our clients, their lifestyle and goals is an essential step in our process.
